Man i need to sort this shit out

hey guys its 8:50 here and i havent been to sleep yet lol. i keep staying up to 6am+ and waking up at 2-4pm i just cant get out of this strut. if any of u can think of a good way for me to sort my self out lol plz post a comment xD
